Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down and listen
more carefully to experiences that may have become
difficult to understand alone.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief
that meaningful change begins with understanding-not
only of symptoms or behaviors, but of the emotional
patterns, relationships, and internal experiences that
shape dally life.

Together, we work to make sense of what may feel confusing, repetitive, or
emotionally stuck. This process often involves exploring longstanding
relational dynamics, ways of protecting oneself that may once have been
necessary, and the tensions between how one feels internally and how one
has learned to function externally.
I view psychotherapy as more than problem-solving alone. While therapy can
provide relief from anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or conflict, it can also
create space for a deeper and more enduring kind of change: greater self-
awareness, emotional flexibility, and a fuller sense of connection to oneself
and others.
