What are Neuropsychological
and
Psychological Assessments?
Psychological and neuropsychological assessment is a
process of gathering detailed information about how a
person thinks, feels, and functions — through structured
interviews, standardized tests, and careful clinical
observation.

The goal is not simply to arrive at a diagnosis, but to
develop a fuller and more nuanced picture of a person that
can guide treatment, support, and understanding.

Assessment can be helpful at any point — at the beginning
of a therapeutic process, when a diagnosis is unclear, when
previous treatment has not worked as expected, or when a
person simply wants to understand themselves better.
